When we started out 20 years ago we specialised in foam but since then have gone onto do many more products.

The most common uses of foam is for seating, typically refilling saggy sofa cushions. We will take your covers and replace the interior (feather, polyester or old foam) with new foam, to look it's best we will often apply a wadding, and a stockinette to help when taking the covers off. This will keep its shape where other fillings look deflated after a short time. The price is calculated on volume and a typical sofa cushion can vary anywhere from £15 to £50.. We stock foam sheets but run out from time to time. If we do not have the foam in stock we get a delivery on a Wednesday so item can be picked up on Thursday. We sell 3 types of foam. the usual one is our blue firm foam. We only sell the better grades of foam for the same hardness. Foam quality can be gauged in weight. You can have two foams that will feel the same but one will last longer (the heavier one). Sometime I've seen it sold as premium grade. The next foam we sell is pink in colour and called a medium foam (reflex). This is heavier than our blue foam but softer. Our most typical use for this foam is for refilling feather cushions as you sink into it more and so if feels more like feathers. We do sell the blue foam for this application as well but it will feel quite different from what you've been sitting on. ie it will typically only go down by a inch so initially you will feel like your sitting on a hill as you will be typically 3 inches higher than you were before the conversion. Older people or people with back problems like the blue as it keeps them higher and helps to keep their backs straight.
